I am a web developer based in North Carolina. I currently work as an Assistant Software Developer for the University of Hawaii Economic Research Organization (UHERO) where I focus primarily on front-end development and data visualizations.

  • Redesigned UHERO's website in Wordpress (the UHERO site won AUBER's 2020 Award of Excellence for Websites)
  • Collaborated with the development team in creating new web applications
  • Developed single page applications with the Angular framework
  • Contributed to REST API development using Go
  • Updated content on UHERO’s website via CMS
  • Created static and dynamic data visualizations with D3, Highcharts, and R
  • Other duties: Designed report layouts, sent email campaigns, and created material for social media to promote new content

UHERO Data Portal

The data portal was built with Angular to visualize time series data. Data is presented in charts (Highcharts) and tables (ag-grid/prime-ng).

Hawai'i Innovation Matters

My first project with UHERO was to modify a dashboard built by a local software bootcamp to prepare it for release. It was built with AngularJS and uses D3.js to visualize data.

UHERO Website

Redeisgned and moved the UHERO website to Wordpress. The site won AUBER's 2020 Award of Excellence for Websites.
